5. Reservations and Payments

Reservation submissions. Any reservation submission is a request for information and/or a request to be contacted. Submitting a reservation does not guarantee allocation, acceptance, issuance, pricing, timing, transferability, or future value.

Payment processors. If you choose to pay through third-party payment tools (e.g., PayPal), you are subject to those third parties’ terms. Consolidated Properties does not control those services.

Reconciliation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and transaction identifiers so payments can be matched to your submission.

No refunds. Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in definitive written terms for a specific transaction, all payments may be final and non-refundable.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that digital assets and related projects involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of all funds. Risks include, among others: volatility, illiquidity, regulatory changes, cybersecurity incidents, software vulnerabilities, and operational delays. Real-estate strategies can underperform, experience vacancies, incur unexpected expenses, or face regulatory restrictions.

You agree you will not rely on any statement on the Site as a guarantee of outcomes, appreciation rates, returns, price performance, or timelines.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may reference or integrate third-party services (payment providers, wallet providers, hosting, analytics, blockchain networks, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party services, including availability, performance, security, or data practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consolidated Properties and its affiliates, owners, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Site or participation in any reservation or transaction.

13. Indemnification
